Anonymous: I ask you to stay, not because I want you to stay, but I fear for you. I see you as a girl who faces so much loss, but at her own doing. You hurt because you're afraid of potential. Your an idealist. I know one when I see one. You follow your nature, but do you follow your grace? The nature of a flower is to be born, to wilt, and eventually to die. It's grace is to be born, to wilt, to bloom, to wilt, and so on. To follow your grace is to never die, to never leave. What is your Grace, Bonnie?

The milkiest section of my arm is tattooed with, “and like the moon, you’ll return, full and beautiful.” I illuminate, I wax, I wane, and I impact the tide as I go. This is my grace.
And you know what? You’re right. I’m an idealist and a self-saboteur, but there’s no need to worry. I die so often that most people don’t bother placing flowers by my tombstone anymore. It’s okay, though. Let me assure you. Every time my foundations split, I gather more nails and more mortar and learn to build them stronger. Pain is good for me. There’s no reason to harbour fear as death isn’t the opposite of life, but the opposite of birth.
Thank you for your concern. X
